Shipping Policy

At Stock Car & Banger Toy Tracks, each order is packed with care by our small UK business.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, such as race weekends, Christmas, new product launches or large order volumes, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on Royal Mail’s service and your location. Please allow extra time during bank holidays, Christmas and other peak postal periods.

If you need your order urgently, please message us before ordering or as soon as possible after placing your order via our Facebook page. We’ll always try our best to help where we can, but urgent dispatch cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed with us first.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery details.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
